The Process
At the outset of the pitch, we met with internal stakeholders on the partner’s side. Together, I lead a journey mapping exercise to understand the current member experience, and identify what pain points occurred along the way.
From this exercise, we saw an opportunity to facilitate member to member connections, and help build a sense of community on the digital platform. We developed several product concepts to illustrate how members can connect, and stay for a second year.
Whisper
A personal assistant, proving members with their schedule, and a curated list of members to network in within the clubhouse
Contact Maker
Personalized profiles help members track their connections
Community Pulse
A weekly infographic, sharing stats and facts about the community
Time Capsule
A place to capture a shared moment in time, and leave messages to the community
Outcome
The pitch was won in August, 2019. Concepts, such as the contact maker, community pulse, and whisper were scoped and integrated into the MVP member site.
